Today
again we are reunited through this article, although it is indirect but I hope this
meeting can be memorable. Hahah. Today is the final schedule of practice for
group 1, which I am also involved in. We start activities at 07.00. at that
time all the materials we will use are checked again, and equipped. Starting
from the cold kitchen section to the pastry section that makes dessert. After
checking all ingredients, then we go straight to the cooking method that will
be used for all types of food.
On
this occasion, I got a part to handle sushi platters, as usual. In this final
activity, I was responsible for the sushi section. During the process, I called
2 other friends who were not the final schedule for today, for helping. The
friend that I pointed to was a friend I really believed could be in this
matter. they are fikri and edo. I assigned Fikri to make a type of use sushi (gunkan
with chicken breast, and gunkan with tobiko), while I was assigned to make Nori
maki (California roll) type sushi. Now, as for what I'm working on, is Nigiri
sushi, and sushi. As for the sauce and other complementary ingredients I made
it yesterday.
When
it shows at 10:30, the sign is that we have to start to presenting on the plate
and then explain the menu in the office. We made this dish accordance to the
above division and then set it directly on a square plate in such a way that it
looks attractive and pleasing to the eye. After completing the presenting
process, then we (group 1) must explain in the office starting from appatizer
to dessert. One by one the dishes were brought to the office, and it was time
for me to explain. At first I felt a little hesitant, but I tried to gather
determination and go straight to the office. And thank God everything went
smoothly. With the expiration of the explain process, the final activities for
group 1 will be ended today. then it ends with general cleaning activities.
