This time, I will go back to tell a little about the activities that I did during the day. however, before that I would like to apologize if this writing contained many errors both, the way of writing and choosing words. I am not a person who is good at stringing words, or writing a beautiful paragraph to read. But I still try to make interesting content to read

Today we prepared several types of food that we will serve for the Job Fair which will be held for 2 days at the Poltekpar Makassar campus, from Monday to Tuesday. maybe this activity is already familiar to the ear. This activity was attended by many hotel and corporate delegates in Makassar. Apart from that, today there are several types of food that we make for these activities. Namely, the snack box, choux, panada, sweet cakes etc.

The food to be served is put in a box according to the portion of each. Arranged neatly and regularly so as not to be smudged and look clean. the food we prepare today is around 150 pax both for snack boxes and lunch boxes. everything is neatly wrapped and then put in a bag which is then directly taken to the rector's building, where the job fair is held. after the activity is finished the last activity we do is general cleaning until the kitchen is really clean.
