DAILY REPORT
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Today, we came earlier at 06.00 o'clock in the morning. We were instructed to come earlier to punish us because of our practiced yesterday didn't satisfy boss genk. Maybe this happened because this is new for us, with ala carte system. Which is the system more discipline, more fast, and expert. But what can we do, this was our first day so it was natural to get confused with both the system and work rhythm.
Okay, so let's move on. Today practice started with pray, to make all the activity running well. Today 4 seniors incharged us, they were selected by head of kithen to make us more focus on our work. Today we were pressured to work regularly, relax but fast, and smarter in doing something. We were always told to read read and read the reference about food, start from method untill presenting. What a coincide, today all the activity was running well when we worked.
Today my friend and I, we handled sushi plate. In a sushi plate, there are many kinds of sushi. And in this occasion, we made temaki sushi, gunkan with tobiko, gunkan with chicken teriyaki, California roll (Nori maki), and nigiri sushi. All the sushi we made by order, today we didn't get many order, just 6 plates. So when no order and we did nothing, we helped our other friend.
After restaurant close. We said Alhamdulillah. Because of there was no meaning obstacles in our practiced today. And today boss genk praised us because of our work got better than yesterday. All because of duaa' and our senior who incharged us.
