ICE CREAM
Ingredient :
220 gr Egg Yolk
260 gr Sugar
230 gr Milk
940 gr Cream
2 gr Salt
15 gr Ice cream stabilizer
Steps :
1. Add cream and milk in to a bowl, Au bain Marie until hot.
2. Add 1/2 of sugar and salt, stir until blended.
3. After blended add the remaining sugar and ice cream stabilizer mix well.
4. Pour the egg yolk and stir so as not to clot or cooked.
5. let it cool, and rest over it overnight in chiller.
6. After overnight put it in a ice cream machine, wait until ice cream was solidify.
