Good morning gaes, how are you doing today. Today I will return to the story about the practice that I have done all day. However, these practice activities are in the context of mid practice, or midterm exams. Today I arrived at the campus at 7 : 15 a.m. and went straight to the kitchen to remove all the ingredients we kept in the Walking chiller. Starting from vegetables and also types of meat that has been marinating for an entire night so that the marinade seeps into the meat.
In the middle of this practice, we (group 1) were given an oriental buffet menu as our test material. Before we work on it, we first gather to discuss and share the tasks around the menu, so there will be no miss communication when creating this menu. We coordinate with each other so that all activities can run smoothly and so the results can be satisfactory. We consist of 10 peoples, of which 4 peoples handle maincourse, 2 appatizers, 2 soups, and 2 peoples handling dessert.
Today I got a part to handle the main course, especially Tori no teriyaki and Onigiri food. All activities today went smoothly because the coordination between individuals was quite good, and the food was successfully completed at 11.00, according to the time specified. Even though today's menu still has a few flaws, but we have tried hard in accordance with the capabilities that we have, in making food in this oriental buffet menu.
