Food production management: Daily report #6 (english version)

Asalamu’alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Hello guys, how are you today? Okay guys, today I will tell you a little more about the activities that I did during the day's campus. As usual, I left for campus at 6:30 a.m. Before I went to campus, I stopped at one of the friends' boarding houses on the Jl. Gontang raya, for a short break while waiting for them to be ready. We went to campus together and arrived at 7:30 a.m. We came to campus IN TIME, which means we arrived before the lectures begin.

On campus, lectures begin at 8:00 a.m. But before that we gathered first to pray before starting the activity. So that everything that is done gets blessings from Allah SWT. After praying, then we are given directions and menus that we will make today. The directions given around the menu, starting from prepare to the method of cooking we have to apply. Activities continue with the distribution of courses for each group. We consist of 4 groups. Each of these groups handles one type of courses.

As always, we (group 4) get a part to make main course dishes. However, it is not as usual, which before doing there is an activity preparing one day before. Due to the previous day, we were on vacation in the context of the iedul adha. So that all activities must be completed today. Starting from the process of preparing raw material, cutting, cooking method, to presenting and ready to serve. However, we feel a little lightened, because the menu given today is Oriental Buffet, which is not too difficult in the stage of the process when compared to "Indonesian Buffet". Which is a bit complicated, especially when making Randang, which requires a long cooking time.

And, thank God, all the activities today went smoothly, safely and orderly. Although there are still some shortcomings. But we feel enough satisfaction, because we can complete the menu today with a fairly short time. We are grateful that God still provides opportunities, abilities, and other pleasures so that we can carry out all activities today smoothly. And the last sentence I want to say in this paper is. "Keep learning from mistakes and shortcomings, make it as a stepping stone to your success in the future"
