Hi friends, on this occasion I will tell you a little about the activities I did on the campus kitchen. Starting from the beginning to the end of today's activities, God willing. Well, I will start telling you, hopefully you don't get bored to read it. Today's activity starts at 08.00. The first activity that was carried out was the provision of material around the menu to be made for Indonesian buffets. Do you know the Indonesian buffet menu? Maybe for some people this is no stranger, especially for people who are exploring the culinary world. For more details, I will explain briefly about buffets.

Buffet or buffet (read "buffé") is a way of serving food in a party or restaurant by placing food on a long table and visitors taking the desired menu themselves. Buffet is very popular in Indonesia because it is practical and reduces the number of waiters needed in a reception. Buffet modification today is to serve food on a separate table for each menu. This table can also be decorated so that it forms a depot (for example in the form of a small hut).

Now that's a little explanation about the buffet, then I will continue the story of my experience. After giving the material, then. We were divided into 6 groups. Namely, appatizer, soup, main course, dessert and butcher. Today I'm in the butcher group. Maybe this word is rather foreign to lay people.
