Hellow guys, wellcome back to my blog. Today I will tell you a little about the activities I did. Today is the first day of practice in semester 3. The practice atmosphere in the last semester than now very different. Because now we are encouraged even harder to prepare for training in semester 4. Various measures are carried out by the lecturers for this matter. One of them is giving us the opportunity to practice at Gammara Hotels, in turn. Where we are divided into 4 groups consisting of 10 people in each group. I got the first opportunity to practice in the kitchen gammara hotel, along with the other nine friends.
The first day of practice there, time seemed very long to walk. This may be because we are new and still adapt to the chef, the staff and the kitchen environment. For this week I was placed in the Banquet kitchen together with one of my friends named Hariyandi. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and the activities at the banquet began at 8:00 a.m. Because we are new there so the assignment is not heavy. We just ordered to prepare and cook rice. Even so we keep trying to enjoy and did all the work that is charged to us. Because this is the beginning for the heavier burden that will be faced.
One For the sake of one preparation we finish starting from prepared capcay, dangkot, urap sayur and others. We made preparations, then keep to the chiller to keep them fresh. Because it will only be used at dinner and for the next day. We also keep on emphasizing to keep the work area in order to remain clean. Aim so that the food that we prepare is not contaminated with bacteria and germs. After cleaning, then we continue to prepare the material to be used until it is finished.
When the clock showed at 17.30 we were given permission to go home and return to our homes.
