Daily report #2 (English Version)

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Hi guys, how are you today? I will again tell you about the activities that I have been doing for this day. Today is the third day of practice at Gammara Hotels. The things I did were not much different from the previous day. I arrived at the hotel at 07. 07, and then headed to the kitchen banquet. As usual every morning I was given the responsibility to make steam rice as much as 180 pax. Rice is cooked using a rice cooker machine . So that time can be more efficient.

Because using automatic rice cooker, we Didn’t need to settle to handle it. After putting rice into a rice cooker, again I was given the responsibility to prepare the ingredients to be processed into food. The ingredients that I prepared were not much different from the previous day, because yesterday's menu was almost the same as today. The only difference is, there are some additional menus like Szechuan Beans, Szechuan Fish, Jakarta Fried Rice, and Pickles.

The ingredients that have been processed will be served at lunch and dinner. Besides preparing ingredients, I also pay attention to seniors who are cooking various types of dishes. They are great at shaking wok which contains food that is heavy enough. That's what I keep watching and once in a while they gave us the opportunity to try to did it. And we don't hesitate to try it, even though we haven't been as smart as they are. But we still try to be more powerful and agile than them.

So, guys, I think that’senough about the story from me today. I am aware that in writing this blog, there are still many shortcomings and errors. Please give your comments about this blog report, so that in the future I can improve and make the writing on this blog more interesting to read.
