This morning yusril came to my kost and I ready to went to campus together. After that we were went to campus. In campus,we were directly went to kitchen field. After that I directly prepare my self for entered the kitchen. I used had,apron,neck tie and anything else. After used that, we were waited the others friends. After all were came, we were directly entered the kitchen. I directly saved my tool bag in the cold kitchen and saved my bag in the locker. After saved my bag I went to cold kitchen to did a one line.
After did a one line, we were waited mr.syahrial for gave some directives to us. After mr.syahrial came,we directly fill the mid absence and wrote our name. After that mr.syahrial given directives to us for explain what we do next. After that yusril and I responsible for main course. After all section finish we were directly helped from another friend. Then my group took the ingredient what prepared yesterday. My group helped by gabriel anda natasya. After that my group went to butcher for scaling portion that fish.
After all is ready, we did another procedure. After we processing into fillet of fish meuniere and then waited the ordered from restaurant. Before that we did plating. And finally sone our food were out. After closed restaurant we started for rested. After that we did a general cleaning. After general cleaning we did a one line in front of the kitchen and mr.faisal given to us some informations. After that we were asked for go home.
