Daily report #9 (english version)

Asslaamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabaraktuh.

       Hallo guys, in practice this time, Monday 05 March 2018. I went to campus at 06:15, and arrived at 07:00. On campus I wait for friends, after all collected, and senior incharge has arrived. Nex we was absent by senior incharge. Attendance goes to the last student. Once completed we are directed by seniors to directly gather in the cold kitchen in a one-line position. In that position the senior incharge gives us a few instructions on our practice menu today. Then our incharge lecturer went into the kitchen and continued the instructions previously given by the senior. For Giving this material, delivered clearly and easily understood, which starts from the explanation of the appatizer menu to the discussion of dessert. All explained carefully. And not only that in addition to the provision of materials, back again our lecturers provide little motivation to us to keep our election istiqamah. And he said we had to make both parents happy through our work. The motivation given was very impressive and made me more compelled to meet my goals in order to make my parents happy.
    The giving of material as well as motivation ends at 10:00, then the incharge lecturer gives mandate to the supervisor to continue this activity. Once completed we are devided in sevveral group that has been divided before. On this occasion the take over to prepare is group one, while group two continue the project behind the kitchen. The remaining group in the kitchen is only one group then from that group, divided into small groups to do every menu we will make. On this occasion, we as a group of 10 got directions to prepare Clam Chowder. The documentation of Clam Chowder preparing is listed below:

1. Clam

2. Chopped onion

3. Beef bacon

4. Potato diced
5. Tomato

    That's all the ingredients we prepared today, and then it will be done next day. Once finished, we closed the container that we use with plastic wrap so as not to be contaminated with other things. And the last act is to slice the ingested material into the chiller to keep it fresh.
       After the preparing process has been completed, then we are given a chance to rest, for this break. I took the time to carry out our obligations as ummah of Islam, is a duhur prayer. After duhur prayer we went back to the kitchen and wait for the next direction. While waiting for the next direction I used time to do the blog task which is also our obligation as a student of fiid production management Poltekpar makasaar. I'm working on a blog on campus so I'm not overwhelmed doing this blog at home. Because the distance from my house to campus quite far, about 27 km. And it takes a long time yak is about 1 hour. So I took the initiative to work my blog on campus, during my free time or at rest.
After doing some of our blog assignment then again get directions from senior to enter into cold kitchen and marching in accordance with oneline rules. As always in that position we are given evaluation and direction by the seniors. After that, the senior incharge then divided us into several small groups in order to do General Cleaning in the kitchen area. GC is held simultaneously with senior semesters 4 and 6. We do GC together until the kitchen area is really clean. Likewise with utensil and equipment contained in the kitchen. After all was done and clean, then we were given a direction to gather in front of the kitchen in the oneline position, then given direction and a little evaluation and the things we need to prepare the next day. We left the kitchen after all GC practices and processes.
