Daily report

      Hallo guys, how are you? as always guys, on this blog I will tell a little about my routine activities for one day, especially during the week of practice. Today I arrived at college at 7 am like the day before. We entered the kitchen after all friends had gathered as well as with senior incharge. In the kitchen, as usual we line up in oneline positions. And given an explanation of the practice menu in that position.
     Today is a chance for group 2 to do product, while group 1 returns to continue project task. In this project, there are already some groups that have Made and be accepted by lecturers in the kitchen. But some have made the product but have not accepted. One of the factors is the food that is made and modified sword according to the basic terminology of the food. So some of us have to repeat and find new product better.
      In addition, group 1 doing on this day and the menu made is Indonesian food. One of the characteristics of indonesan food is made from that spices  smell quite sting, Indonesian cuisine is rich in taste because it uses many types of spices in each type of food, cintained fat enough, and also sometimes the appetizer, main and cover into one place. But make no mistake guys, although indonesan food is very concerned with the traditional taste that certainly is not inferior to other types of cuisine.

       Ok guys, after I had time to explain about the practice menu listed above. Next we return to the life we have to do after practice in the kitchen. Hahaha maybe you already know what this type of activity. That's right, GC is the answer. As usual gc is done simultaneously with seniors and classmates. Geneal cleaning , is one of the most important process after each practice. Because this is what determines hygiene and sanitation in a kitchen. So we have to execute it well and wholeheartedly.
