Daily report #16 (english version)


Hallo guys, back again I gave a little about my experience during this practice week. All the practice routines of this time run so well, because everything can be done without any obstacles. Starting from departing to campus, carrying out practical activities, to perform our routine after the practice That is general cleaning. You have to know guys, that this activity is law fardu ain which means must be executed by all students who practice in kitchen. Because if not then the doom will befall those who are at the kitchen, so beware.


Ok guys, I will tell you a bit of my activities on this day,I hope you don’t be bored to read This daily activity! As usual I left for college at 06.30 and arrived at 7:00. On campus we gather in front of the kitchen while waiting for other friends and seniors. And finally enter into the kitchen after all came. As usual in the kitchen we get a new science in every day, but certainly all the science we get is the science of cooking. But sometimes we also get the motivation of life or encouragement from one of our lecturers. Not much different from Mario Teguh. Hahaha you will also get it if you enter and join with us.

Today is the turn of group 2 to do, while group 1 does project work. The menu today is Thai food, we divided into several groups to make this menu. The third of my friends and I belong to group 10 given the Mandate to make dessert whose name is quite difficult to Needed as well as pronounced, "Name is khao Niew Ma muang " .The  lecturer said there is one type of indonesian food similar to this food. typical of palopo region which equally use glutinous rice and mango as the main ingredient. For khao niew ma muang mango used is sweet fragrant mango, while in palopo mango used is mangga macan. Maybe some of you do not know what is mangga macan If you want to find out please visit the palopo area and you can try it.

Apart from the menu I described above, there are other menus created by other groups. I will show a menu list with the picture at the end of this paragraph. Because the menu is made today is a thailand cuisine that has a taste of spicy, sour, and quite salty which is a distinctive taste in Thailand. We have to make food as its basic flavor. And below is the list of II.1 menus we created today:
