Continental Breakfast And American Breakfast

      For this practice, Tuesday February 6th  2018 is a real practice, becaouse is the first time we feel about open resto. Which is still unfamiliar, expecially we are from Senior High School. So when we are doing thats so many confusen there. Becouse we are not fully aware abaout our duty. On this practice we are divided into several groups according to the group that has been specified. Group  1 until group 5 make a continental breakfast and amarican breakfast, while the group 6 until make attend to prepare an English breakfast for tomorrow.

   On this praktik we as a group 10 was given a trust for prepare an English breakfast,in this case we make an English muffin. As for the English breakfast which has been made leasted below. 

English Muffin

Bahan-bahan :
180 Water
4 gr Instant yeast
250 gr Hard flour
4 gr Salt
4 gr Sugar
6 gr Nonfat milk solids shortening
4 gr Shortrning

Procedure :
1. Mix the ingredients in a straight method.

2. After the dried ingredients were mixed well, pour the water,  shortening non fat, and shorteninguse twice your normal machine.

3. Stir it with the rubber spatula until the dough is dull.

4. After  the dough is dull, the next step rounding and rest the dough.

5. Scalling portion,  one sphere weigh 20 grams. Make 3 spheres for one cup, rest the dough on the proofing cabinet,approximately 3o minutes..
6. Remove the dough from the proofing cabinet and baking ±30 minutes.

7. Cooling down.

     After we are finished the practice to make an English muffin, as usual we must General Cleaning in the kitchen. For this General Cleaning implemented after the ashar prayer without a mistake. After that we were given a time to rest for a moment before we leave the kitchen. After rest for a moment we are welcome to ggo homedue to unfavorable weather. So we are leave the kitcen at 05:00.
