Continental Breakfast
After the motovation was given, He continue to give the explanation abaout our menu practical. After Mr. Syahrial given the materials, the next He give the trust to the our senior incharge for continue the materials and help us to make a continental brakfast. Today we only prepare the menu. As for whoweare prepare are, soft roll, hard roll, and twist bread. From the that’s manufacture we divided to 10 groups, which each group consist of 4-5 persons.
After the preparing has finished, as usual we must do the proses cleaning the kitchen areas that called Geneal Cleaning. We are devided to 3 groups who is asigned to cleaning the cold kitchen, the group who is asigned to celan the main kitchen, and the pastry and bakery geroup. On the pocess of general cleaning, there is litlle constraints becouse the water used has run out, so the process of General Cleaning so slowly. But finally, the general cleaning has finished at 06:00. And we leave the campus at 06:30.
