Daily report #4( english version )

Indonesian Breakfast

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

     In this practice, Thursday February 08  2018 I arrived at campus at 06:40, than than entered to the kitchen at 07:00. While in the kitchen we directly directed to the cold kitchen  and immediately march in the position of one line. Same with previous practice days we were given the directions before we practice breakfast. The beakfast menu for today is Indonesian beakfast. After giving the next direction we are given the opportunity to start to make menu Indonesian breakfast. The menu the menu we created is listed below :

Slice fruit

Fried rice (fried chicken, acar, samball, kerupuk)


Fried noodles (beef satay)


Chicken poridge (with chicken, KAS, beef sate )

Beverage ( coffe or tea )


On the manufacture of Indonesian breakfast, each group handle one type of cuisine. Starting from slice fruit, fried rice, fried noodles, and beverage part ( coffe or tea ). On this opportunity we are given the mandate to make tea. We made tea as much as 5 liters which then supply to the restaurant as part of the breakfast menu. Below are something the tea-making documentation we took.

Documentation of making tea

1. Heat the water to boiling, this time the water  we use as much as 5 liters.


2. Put the tea into boiled water, we use 5 tea bags.


3. Stir until the water mixed with the tea into the coffe maker a little temperature awake.


4. After finished enter the tea into the coffe maker a little temperature awake.


After we finish making tea we help other group so that work done  can be finished quickly and on time.
    After finish the next we are collected back in the cold kitchen is still  in the position of one line in that position we are given an evaluation by senior incharge to complete. Then we carry out routine activities  after the practice that is General cleaning. Because we are practice in the areas of cold kitchen so we have to clean the area until it is completely clean. After GC procces we finished the collected in front of the kitchen and than given a little direction. And finally we left the kitchen at 05:00.
