Daily report #21 ( english version )

Assalamualaikum warahmatulllahi wabarakatuh

Hi guys, how are you today? alright? I will back to tell you a little about the routine done in the kitchen today. As usual we went into the kitchen at 08.00. And gathered in it in a one line position. Today the menu will be made is the rotation menu 2.2 Thai food. Before we do it first we are given directions about the quantity of materials we will make based on existing receipe standards. After the direction is complete, then we are given a chance to create it.

Because because today the menu is made Thai food, then I will mention a little about thai food itself. Thai cuisine or Thai cuisine includes food and drinks as well as typical Thai cooking. Typical Thai cuisine is spicy and full of flavor, but combined with the balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. Most of the known Thai food is an adaptation of Chinese cuisine introduced in Thailand by the Tio Ciuyang majority of Thai-Chinese. The cuisine originally came from China, for example: seats, kwetiau rad na, khao kha moo (moo pa-loh), bamii (Thai: บะหมี่, sauce noodles), and khao mun gai. Spices and herbs are used fresh (not dry spices). Among the common ingredients in Thai cuisine are cayenne pepper, red chili, coconut milk, fish sauce (nam pla), ginger, garlic, onion, cilantro, lemongrass, terasi (kapi), java sugar, and tamarind .

That's a little explanation about thai food which is the menu we make today, hopefully you can understand and practice it.

Today, in fact I also want to join other help when creating this menu, but on the other hand I also have to try to make the project assignment given to our group that is group 10. Because we have to collect recipes along with other reports related to this project task , before the final test. The project that we created is catfish crackers. Hopefully the project that we made this, can be accepted and accepted by our lecturers, if accepted you can feel the delicious of this project. Below is the creation  documentation.
