EQUIPMENT DAN UTENSIL 

1.       Meat hook

·         Function: to hang meat

·         Material: stainless steel

·         Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water

2.       Broiler

·      Function: to cook food (mostly neat) with heat from up and down in a closed container

·        Material: iron and stainless steel

·        Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin

3.       Chinese wok 

·         Function: to cook food in large portion

·         Material: carbon steel, cast iron, aluminium

·         Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
