EQUIPMENT DAN UTENSIL 

1.       Electric Skillet

·         Function : almost like oven, to slow cook food like lasagne

·         Materials : stainless steel and ceramic

·         Cleaning : clean by unplugging and removing the dish then clean with soap   and water

2.       Pot Sous Vide

·         Function : smaller version of a sousvide cooker machine

·         Materials : stainless steel and other component

·         Cleaning : clean the metal part with damp paper towel

3.       Pliers

·         Function : used to remove fish bones

·         Materials : metal

·         Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry
