Daily report #25 (english version)

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Back again, today I will share a little experience during the whole day's practice, but not all of this will be written in this paper, maybe only a small part of it is the core activity in this practice. as usual we entered the kitchen at 8:00 a.m., and immediately gathered in the oneline position. Shortly before the activity begins we say a prayer to Allah SWT. So that today's activities can run smoothly as we hoped.

Today's activity was continued after praying, straight to the point. Today the menu that we made is the Ala carte menu 2. On this occasion I, and some other friends who were previously joined to the butchers group, now we are going to the maincourse section. Today the activity is limited to just preparing. So we only prepare ingredients that we will use on Wednesday, why is Wednesday? The problem is that tomorrow we are on holiday in order to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. PREPARE FOR RANDANG 

Now after the preparation activity has been completed and everything is complete, except the pastry section, then I use the remaining time to make a video for the LSP (Lembaga sertivikasi profesi) task, in this assignment I made a basic video of puff pastry. Now, coincidentally in the A la Carte 2 menu there is one type of food that requires puff pastry as the wrapper, the beef wallington. Well, here I am then working with a pastry group that basically has to make this dough. here I offer assistance as well as cooperation, which will bring the two parties together. I can finish the LSP video on time and the pastry members can finish the preparations quickly and precisely. And it is true that the section pastry can complete the preparation quickly and precisely.

I think that's how today's activities are going, as written above. but not all of them are written into this blog, because if I write everything down then the possibility of the story will be long, and boring.
